He has been head of communications at Fellesforbundet and headed the political department at LO (Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions). Former advisor to prime minister Jonas Gahr Støre and secretary of the central cooperation committee between The Labor Party (AP), and LO. André has a master’s degree in European studies.

He is a former state secretary in the Ministry of Energy for the Conservatives (Høyre), as well as government relations and information manager in Equinor (Norway’s largest gas company) Tony has a Master’s degree in History (NTNU) and has been a Fulbright scholar at the University of Minnesota.
